Guys, Solid Snake is the best. Do u know why because he is a legend hero like his brother, Big Boss (Naked Snake), Solid Snake has the environment and he is a stealth hero not like Sam Fisher. Sam Fisher is great but he is just a guy that fights people and clear his mission. Solid Snake is not like that he is much better.

I would not underestimate Snake. He is litterally grown up on the battlefield. A clone of the best soldier ever. Snake have better equipment than Sam too. Solid Eye > Night Vision, Octocamo > sneaky clothes. And also, both without all theese equipment, I am sure he would beat him. Snake is a fucking monster!
And I havent even played the first SC, just seen alot of gameplay of all of them.
Yes, Sam is pretty brutal and badass, but compared to Snake, he doesnt have much of a chance.

People are easily ignorant of Splinter Cell. If you guys actually bothered playing the older Splinter Cell games, you’ll know Sam is able to bypass security with hacking, pick locking, uses true espionage, able to take down elite mercenaries and guards/soldiers (Not the lousy hired guards in the first few levels of Conviction) in countries such as China, North Korea, Georgia, Japan, Russia, and so on. Stopped World War III, preventing a virus attack, stopped a nuclear suitcase bomb, etc.

Snake fights cyborg ninjas, giant nuclear world crushing machines robots, psychotic russians, second best sniper, second best demolition dude, and a fucking vampire….A FUCKING VAMPIRE….Sam’s not too impressive when he kills a secuirty guard…at walmart…
and about snake using the box, he’s so badass, and good at killing, he can kill people while fucking around, and in a tuxedo. James Bond would be blown away as well.

it’s a tough pick, it would definitely depend on the situation. in most cases though, i feel like sam fisher would be the victor. while sam’s personality is awesome, its just the icing of a seasoned war veteran, the conflicts that sam has to face brings a level of realism that the mgs series has never been able to bring to the table. basically sam is faced with real terrorist threats while snake makes one liners and faces what i would consider evil villains and their henchmen/private army
