Released first in 2006, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was one the early RPGs for the Xbox 360. Dragon Ball Z and Kenka Bancho developer Spike quickly picked up the rights to it and brought the game to Japan in the summer of 2007.

This year, three years later, Bethesda is finally releasing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition in Japan. This package, which contains the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansion packs, was sent to Western stores in 2007.
