Indie developer Terry Cavanagh has announced that his topsy-turvy platformer VVVVVV will be released on January 10 for $15. Windows, Mac and Linux flavours will be available DRM-free from its site.
Rather than jumping, VVVVVV sees players inverting gravity to navigate the harsh but fair spiky retro world. I thoroughly enjoyed VVVVVV’s challenging charms when I played at the Eurogamer Expo and a demo is in the works so you can check it out for yourself.
